OK, so I'm blogging now.
Why? I don't really know. I guess I have a lot to say and I figured that having a blog would be a good thing.
I know that most of what I have to say has to do with social justice issues, particularly issues that involve women. I'm a hardcore feminist so I already know that most of my blogs will be about feminism and where the movement is today. I'll also sprinkle some other fun stuff in here, too. I get it, not everyone is interested in feminism or thinks it is the most important thing in the world.
Anyway, lately I have been obsessed with a website called TED.com--I describe it as the YouTube of nerds, I love it. Well, there is a certain video that stuck out to me and that I absolutely adore. I have watched it a million times and it still brings a smile to my face every single time. When I was thinking of what to post on this, my first blog, I thought of this video. I believe it will summarize this and future post. Enjoy!
